Simultaneously with the holding of the Specialized Board Examination of the Faculty of Dentistry from December 1 to 5, ceremonial and hospitality services for this academic event were provided at the faculty premises in full compliance with official and university standards. These services were delivered to support the executive aspects of the examination process and were carried out in close coordination with the academic and administrative teams.
A simple design approach, disciplined execution, and strict attention to the requirements of the examination environment were among the key features of this collaboration. This ensured appropriate support for faculty members, examiners, and executive staff, while maintaining a calm and focused academic atmosphere. The program was implemented within the framework of the organization’s professional and responsible approach to delivering ceremonial services for specialized academic and university events.
